I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel. The ground-level room was a lovely touch, and the fresh fruit plate was a delightful welcome. The rooms were truly amazing, equipped with luxurious towels and premium toiletries. The service was exceptional, with staff who were so friendly and helpful despite the cold buffet we encountered. It was a convenient stop en route, and having amenities like room service, laundry, and tours/ticket assistance attached was a great plus. The location, while not fabulous, was easy to locate just off the A3, making our trip from Santander to Murcia smoother. The dining experience had its ups and downs, being a bit of a joke with fruit juice, toast, and coffee, but redeemed by the fresh fish on the a la carte menu. The facilities were top-notch, adding to the overall positive experience.

I had a ground-level room that was very well equipped and perfect for mobility. The courtyard view from the terrace with table and chairs was delightful. Although the location left something to be desired, the helpful and accommodating service made my stay more enjoyable. The dining experience was a hit and miss, with good choices but a lack of clarity. Overall, a comfortable stay with some minor drawbacks.
